  • FirstChoice Used Auto Parts ships exclusively within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to the following locations:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands)
    • APO/FPO Military Addresses
    • International Destinations
  • Orders placed with an ineligible shipping address will be cancelled and refunded in full. Please verify your address before completing your purchase.

⏱️ Order Processing & Release

  • Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.
  • Orders may undergo internal verification prior to dispatch.
  • Tracking information is sent once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
  • Delivery timelines begin after the order has been dispatched.

⚙️ Processing & Lead Time NEW

  • After payment is confirmed, please allow the following lead times before your order is dispatched to the carrier:
    • Standard parts: 1–2 business days processing before dispatch.
    • Engines, transmissions, and large freight items: 1–3 business days processing before carrier pickup.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery timelines in sections below begin after dispatch — not from the time of order placement.

📦 Fulfillment Disclosure NEW

  • To provide the widest selection of quality recycled auto parts, some orders may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners on our behalf. You may receive packages from a warehouse location different from our business address. This does not affect your warranty coverage, return rights, or customer service — all policies apply equally regardless of fulfillment origin. If you have any questions about your shipment origin, please contact us directly.

📬 Standard Parcel Shipments (Small & Mid-Size Parts)

  • Shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or comparable parcel carriers.
  • Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information provided once shipped.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.

🚛 Freight & Oversized Shipments (Heavy Components)

  • Large parts (engines, transmissions, axles, transfer cases, body panels) ship via freight carriers.
  • Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days after carrier pickup.
  • Commercial delivery address strongly recommended.
  • Residential delivery and liftgate service may incur additional fees.
  • Delivery appointments may be required by the carrier.
  • Customer must be physically present to receive and inspect delivery.

✅ Delivery Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • Monitor shipment tracking updates.
  • Be available at time of delivery.
  • Inspect items immediately upon receipt.
  • Freight deliveries must be inspected before signing carrier paperwork.

📦 Packaging Standards

  • Products are packaged according to industry transport standards.
  • Freight items may be palletized or secured for added protection.
  • All packaging should be retained until inspection is complete.

🔍 Inspection & Claims

  • Report damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Freight damage must be documented on delivery paperwork.
  • Failure to note damage at delivery may limit claim eligibility.

📍 Address Accuracy

  • Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping address.
  • Company is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
  • Reshipment due to address error may require additional payment.

🔁 Lost or Delivery Disputes

  • If tracking does not confirm delivery, notify carrier and company promptly.
  • Claims are subject to carrier investigation procedures.

🚫 Refused Shipments

  • Unauthorized refusal may result in return freight charges.
  • Restocking or administrative fees may apply.

🌪️ Force Majeure

  • Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Includes weather events, carrier disruptions, government actions, or supply chain issues.
