🛡️ Warranty Coverage

• Most parts include a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise. Engines and transmissions include 60–90 days of coverage based on age and availability. Coverage applies to the replacement of the part only. Labor and related expenses are not reimbursed. If a defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided when available. If not available, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the part.

🔧 Engine Coverage

• Engines are protected against internal mechanical failures including rod knock, cracked engine block, and severe internal smoke. External accessories such as alternators, starters, sensors, and A/C components are not covered.

⚙️ Transmission Coverage

• Transmissions are warranted to operate correctly at installation and shift through all gears properly at the time of purchase. Fresh fluid replacement is required for valid coverage.

🚫 Warranty Void Conditions NEW

• The warranty is immediately voided under any of the following circumstances:
• Failure to meet all installation requirements specified in this policy.
• Installation not performed by a qualified/certified technician.
• Required fluid flush, filter replacement, or code reset not completed.
• Evidence of overheating, misuse, or abuse after delivery.
• Part has been modified, altered, or disassembled.
• Warranty claim submitted after the coverage period has expired.

📦 Items Not Covered

• Labor costs, improper installation, misuse, overheating, post-delivery damage.
• Testing purchases and normal wear items (seals, belts, hoses, fluids).
• Sensors, wiring harnesses, joints, housings, brackets, and accessories.
• External accessories on engines: alternators, starters, A/C components.

🔨 Installation Requirements

• Installation must be performed by a qualified technician.
• Engines require:
  • Fluid replacement and new filters
  • New thermostat and seals
  • Cooling system flush
• Transmissions require:
  • New seals and fresh fluid
  • Filter kit installation
  • Cooling line flush and code reset
• Electronic components such as ABS modules and instrument clusters must be programmed with OEM/dealer software when required.

💰 Core Charge / Deposit Policy NEW

• Certain parts — including engines, transmissions, and select drivetrain components — may be subject to a core charge (refundable deposit) at the time of purchase. The core charge is collected to ensure the return of the old/used unit to the supplier.
• Core charge amount, if applicable, will be disclosed on your invoice prior to purchase.
• The old core unit must be returned within 30 days of delivery of the new part.
• Core must be returned in rebuildable condition — not seized, cracked, or fire-damaged.
• Core refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.
• Core returns must include the original invoice and be shipped prepaid with a valid tracking number.
• If the core is not returned within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited.

📋 Warranty Claims

• Claims require a diagnostic report, proof of professional installation, photos of the defective part, and video showing the issue. Incomplete documentation cannot be processed.
• Claim Resolution Timeline: Warranty claims are reviewed within 5–7 business days of receiving complete documentation. Customers will be notified of the outcome via email. If a replacement is approved, shipment will occur within 3–5 business days of approval. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Returns & Restocking

• Incorrect orders and cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Returned items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless due to our error.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

• Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the part. We are not responsible for labor, towing, storage, rental vehicles, loss of income, or consequential damages.
